Consent to the processing of personal data
I freely, of my own free will and in my interests give specific, objective, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to Joint Stock Company “International Tobacco Marketing Services”, located at: 121614, Moscow, Krylatskaya St., 17, bldg. 2, www.itms.ru (hereinafter referred to as JSK MUMT or the Operator) on the basis of Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, to process and (or) order the processing of my personal data (full name, contact phone number, email address), by any means, both with and without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer to other persons in cases stipulated by applicable law, electronic copying, blocking, deletion and destruction, personnel access, for the purposes of:
- registration as a supplier of the Operator and joining the database of potential suppliers on the Company’s website www.itms.ru.
I agree to the provision of the personal data I have provided to persons to whom JSK MUMT entrusts the processing of personal data, including:
- Legal entities affiliated with the operator, companies providing hotline services, for the purpose of providing information about the products of the Operator and its affiliated legal entities, the importer or manufacturer of which is one of the members of the group of companies (legal entities affiliated with the operator);
- I understand the consequences of refusing to provide data, as well as refusing to consent to their processing, which will result in the impossibility of registering as a supplier to the Operator and joining the database of potential suppliers on the Company's website www.itms.ru.
This consent is valid until the day of its revocation, which may be carried out in one of the following ways:
- submission of an application signed with the personal signature of the personal data subject and sent to the address of the location of JSK MUMT.
- sending an application to the email address RU_DataProtection@itms.ru
